The Account Manager will be the primary agent of the Company working directly with landlords, property managers and/or their agents in acquiring customer contracts for the website listing package to which the AM is assigned. The AM is expected to achieve contact with landlords and property owners and promote our services using designated training methods and procedures that will be outlined to them.

Prospective client contact methods
<br>
The primary method that will be used by each AM to contact prospective clients will be via telephone. In this manner, the AM will have the ability to perform their duties from an equipped home office setting.
<br>
<br>
Required equipment
<br>
Each AM will need access to the following equipment to perform the duties necessary for the position – a computer (desktop or laptop), internet connection and a headset/microphone, as well as long distance phone capability (i.e. skype).
<br>
<br>
Direct reporting and team alignment
<br>
Each AM will report directly to their assigned Regional Sales Manager. The AM is expected to report to their RSM on a daily basis, providing specific information on their accomplishments with respect to the performance standards for that day.
<br>
<br>
Sales team performance standards and review process
<br>
Each AM is expected to "close" – through phone or direct contact in person – at least twelve (12) new property listings per work week.
<br>
<br>
*These standards are provided as a guideline for viewing sales performance achievements – not as a direct or stated requirement.

If an AM is having continued difficulty in achieving the designated performance standards, a course of focused coaching and/or ongoing sales training and communication by the RSM will be in order to assist the AM in obtaining the desired results.

Training
<br>
Each AM will be provided with training as designated by the executive management staff. This training will give each AM the accepted and required sales methodology and terminology as approved by the Company. ONLY the Company approved and designated material(s) are to be used in communication with prospective clients; these are NOT to be individually interpreted or adapted by the AM.
<br>
<br>
Each AM is expected to be available for other scheduled trainings and/or meetings as designated by their RSM. As it is understood that external commitments may prevent AMs from attending/participating in some trainings or meetings, the ability to listen to recordings of these events after their conclusion may be available.
<br>
<br>
Compensation
<br>
Compensation for the AM position will be made as follows:
<br>
• The AM will be paid a commission of 10% of gross revenue derived from self-generated Pay per Performance site accounts. Payment will be issued to the AM (within a reasonable period) after the Company has received its fee from the landlord.
<br>
• Using the expected sales performance guidelines as a standard, the AM can expect anticipated first year earnings of $28 - $67K depending on assigned sales package and individual performance. Second year earnings are projected at about $90 - $208K depending on assigned sales package and performance.
<br>
• The AM will receive residual commission for each client that they have signed with the Company that continues their contract into the subsequent year(s). This structure remains in place throughout the tenure of the AM with the Company – with vesting that can extend beyond date of separation when certain performance levels are achieved.

The Alternative Family Living program is a residential service, which provides family style supervision and monitoring of daily activities. Individuals live with a family who acts as a provider of supported services. The AFL provider is a person or agency capable of providing a supportive, culturally normative, programmatically sound service that meets the physical, emotional and developmental needs of those served.
<br>
<br>
PHILOSOPHY AND PURPOSE
<br>
<br>
Alternative family living provides a residential service option for persons with mental retardation, mental illness or other developmental disability and is designed to serve persons who live within the home of the alternative family living provider. This residential service model can serve persons with a wide range of skills / behavior repertoire (self help, social, environmental, survival, etc.) Depending on the background, training, and experience of the alternative family living provider.

POPULATION
<br>
<br>
This program will serve adults or children who have a diagnosis of mental retardation, mental illness or other developmental disability.
<br>
<br>
When children are served, this model is clearly differentiated from foster care. Foster care is utilized when the child is in the custody of the local department of social services or when the parents have entered into a boarding home arrangement with the local department of social services in that child’s behalf. Foster care is designed to provide the essentials of daily living for children who need placement out of the home because of abuse, neglect, or dependency conditions. The alternative family living model is designed for children who remain in the custody of their parents and need a habilitative residential placement.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
<br>

Shall provide a normalized home atmosphere appropriate to the needs of the
<br>
individual.
<br>
<br>
Shall integrate the individual into normal family activities and functions.
<br>
<br>
Shall provide training and supervision in accordance with an individual’s age and emotional needs and in accordance with their individual habilitation plan.
<br>
<br>
Shall supervise the individual’s activities and daily routine in the home, school, and other environments.
<br>
<br>
Shall schedule and transport the individual to medical appointments, work site, educational services, personal growth and leisure activities, and other appointments necessary to the individual’s physical and mental well being.
<br>
<br>
Shall assist the individual in the development of social and age appropriate behaviors. The provider will support the individual in the development of good personal care and hygiene habits. The care provider will train the individual in household chores and responsibilities, money management, etc., as identified in the individual’s habilitation plan.
<br>
<br>
Shall report to the appropriate staff or supervisor as soon as possible with concerns regarding personal needs (e.g. clothing, medical needs, emotional needs, behavior issues, etc.)
<br>
<br>
Shall care for the individual concerning minor medical needs, such as bee stings, minor cuts, headaches, etc. The care provider shall maintain a current certification in CPR and Standard First Aid.
<br>
<br>
Shall be in regular contact with the Qualified Professional to assist in the development and implementation of the individual habilitation plan. The care provider will provide all required documentation on behaviors, incidents and progress on goals.
<br>
<br>
Shall complete other related duties necessary to provide a safe and healthy environment for the individual, and /or to address any treatment need of the individual that is appropriate within the Supervised Living home setting.
<br>
<br>
Shall attend and participate in orientation sessions, scheduled service provider meetings, and any training mandated by the state and /or area program.
<br>
<br>
Shall complete any documentation as required by the area program or ResCare HomeCare.
<br>

Shall cooperate with mental health staff, adhere to policies and procedures for the Supervised Living program, and meet either North Carolina Division of Facility Services’ licensing requirements or ResCare requirements.
