Core Responsibilities:
<br>
Manage all daily EDI transactions in internal business software. Responsible for maintaining data accuracy on purchase orders, ASNs and invoices.
<br>
Work closely with IT manager on trouble-shooting technical problems inherent in the EDI technology. Develop and automate processes to streamline the system.
<br>
Provide fulfillment team with necessary daily reporting and help develop tools to maximize internal process efficiency.
<br>
Longer term responsibilities will include increased involvement with the companys IT systems in terms of hardware and networking support and potentially software design.
<br>
Requirements:
<br>
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
<br>
Excellent analytical skills, especially in regards to technical troubleshooting.
<br>
Strong background working with relational databases or ERP systems. Expertise in Microsoft Access is preferred.
<br>
Above average written and verbal communications skills.
<br>
Experience with report writing and labeling software.
<br>
